Quick update for the website

Hi all,

as the first suggestions reach the voting days a quick update was needed; additionally two small fixes were included.

Voting should be fine with IE 8 and below now as well and a link to the discussion thread is included in the voting page
You're now asked if you want to delete a message from your Inbox
The start page now shows visitors to your area (instead of to your city)
