This month BeWelcome is conducting another survey among a randomly selected sample of members. 20.000 of you will receive an email invitation from our survey provider Lamapoll.de to participate in the survey and provide anonymous feedback about your experience with BeWelcome, your satisfaction and what you would like us to add, improve or do differently.
Based on the feedback, like last time, BeWelcome will guide development within the possibilities of our resources.
For various reasons, including the site redesign in 2019 and the Covid-19 pandemic, it has taken longer than we wanted to repeat the previous survey which will now serve as a benchmark to measure the progress we have made in a changing environment.
For practical reasons the survey is available in English, French, German and Spanish, which covers the vast majority of members. All answers will be strictly anonymous. No question or combination of questions will allow to identify the respondent. Answers are stored in an anonymized form, without any identifying information, and the strict E.U. Data Protection Regulation applies.
If you receive an invitation, please do participate if you can spare around 10 minutes. Your feedback is very valuable, especially in the youngest age group which last time lagged behind. It is very easy to reply on mobile phones, too!
If you don’t receive an invitation this time, perhaps you will be included in the sample next time. Or, if you can’t wait to have your voice heard, you can send a message with your username to survey@bewelcome.org and we can send you an invitation to take the survey as part of a separate batch. And you can of course at any time provide feedback and ask questions at Contact Us, report bugs, or submit Feature Requests.
